Grow With Prince provides personalised educational services including CBSE-focused home tuition and coding programmes for students of Classes 6–8 in selected areas of Nawada, Bihar. Information displayed on the website is intended to describe the available programmes, process, schedule and general service offering.
Our programmes are intended for school students. Where a student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should make or authorise bookings and provide the information necessary for the requested service. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and appropriate.

Demo sessions may be booked through the website subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and the booking information has been received. A demo booking does not automatically guarantee enrolment in a long-term programme.
Programme availability, class schedules, service areas and session timings may depend on student requirements, location, availability and mutual confirmation. We may adjust a proposed schedule when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes to the parent or guardian where applicable.
Applicable fees are displayed or communicated before payment. Payments made through the website are processed by Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. You agree to provide accurate information required to complete the transaction. A payment receipt or transaction confirmation does not by itself alter the terms of any separate service arrangement.
Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms and security procedures. We do not request or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or other confidential payment authentication credentials. Payment failures, reversals or delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including bank, network or payment-provider issues.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a payment. Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method.
Tuition and programme services are delivered according to the mutually confirmed schedule and service arrangement. For home tuition, service availability may depend on the student's location and the agreed service area. For any applicable service-delivery details, please refer to our Service Delivery Policy.
Students and parents/guardians are expected to communicate respectfully and cooperate with reasonable scheduling, attendance and learning requirements. Serious misconduct, abusive behaviour, repeated disruption, or circumstances that make safe or effective service delivery impractical may result in a booking or service being declined or discontinued.
We provide educational guidance, mentoring and tuition support. Academic outcomes depend on many factors including student participation, attendance, practice, prior knowledge, school curriculum and individual learning ability. No specific examination result, grade, rank or academic outcome is guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts and original educational materials are owned by or used with permission by Prince Sir. You may use information for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without prior permission.
The website may link to or use third-party services such as Razorpay, WhatsApp, payment networks, hosting providers, libraries or other external platforms. Their availability and policies are outside our control. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law and jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to the website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Nawada, Bihar.
